Kyna Hu

Kyna Hu's interest in the guzheng was kindled since she was young by watching fantasy martial arts TV shows that often featured the instrument. She began studying guzheng after graduating from college and it has been her passion since. Her enthusiasm for the guzheng earned her an invitation to be a part of the Boston Guzheng Ensemble as a student of Ms. Shin-Yi Yang. Today, guzheng is an important part of Kyna's life. Through playing the instrument, she finds inner peace, learns patience, and enjoys the relaxation it brings.
